I am also a certified Seniors Real Estate Specialist. This designation allows me to interface with the aging population looking to downsize, sell and move closer to family.  Because of the various scenario's, seniors may need help around the house to prepare for a sale such as de-cluttering, hauling away old items and finding trustworthy technicians to help with repairs. My team can help with all of this.  I am also familiar with senior communities and have a network of professionals from accountants to attorneys to assist when needed.
